An experienced real estate investment advisor licensed since 2007, Eli DeLosSantos has joined KW South Bay Commercial to help property owners maximize their equity value, and investors use real estate as a vehicle to build wealth.

As a former enterprise software sales executive for several large Silicon Valley technology companies, Eli has closed hundreds of successful deals with C-level executives from some of the world's largest corporations. His channel sales and product development experience provide him with the background to recognize extraordinary opportunities and identify an investment property’s ROI potential, making him the ideal choice for anyone serious about investing in commercial real estate.

Before joining KW South Bay Commercial, Eli founded Innovative Maintenance Products, a company that engineers and manufactures worker safety tools and oil field maintenance products for Fortune 50 oil and gas companies. Eli has earned 7 unique patents for safety products, including the Valve Speed Handle and the Elbow Shield pipe repair system, both in use by the industry today.

Eli earned his BS in business from San Jose State University and is certified through the Harvard Negotiation Project’s Collaborative Negotiating program.
