I am fortunate to have found a career that allows me to befriend so many wonderful people at some of the most exciting moments in their lives. It's an honor to help people upgrade their lifestyle and/or transition to the next destination with grace. I take seriously the trust clients place in me - in my expertise, work ethic, and network - and I place utmost weight on client experience.

I always aim to be an informed, calming presence; an experienced advisor who anticipates  potential outcomes and suggests strategies to maximize returns, minimize risk, and keep clients out of legal trouble. A natural coach and teacher, I educate clients throughout the process. 

My advice is informed by my 15 years selling residential real estate, my previous career in property management, my experience flipping two dozen homes and selling hundreds of others, and my business-focused educational background. My undergraduate degree is in marketing, and I hold a Master’s in Business Administration from Santa Clara University with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. 

I love what I do and I love where I live - the most vibrant, inclusive, diverse region in the world. A Bay Area native, I am very familiar with the vast majority of regions and neighborhoods you are likely considering or in which you already live. Whatever your fancy, whether it be urban, suburban, country; mountain, valley, or beach, I will help you guide yourself to whatever wonderful experiences come next in your life.
