Brian Schwatka has been a Realtor and Transition Specialist since 2004.  He helps homeowners of all ages and is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist as well as a Certified Seniors Advisor and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.

During his career in Real Estate, Brian has consistently been in the top 5% of all agents in the nation and the top 5% World Wide.

Brian is also the creator of the “Stay or Go Homeowner” system which has helped hundreds of homeowners decide if they should stay in their homes or make a transition to a new home.  He offers live workshops, on-line videos and personal consultations so homeowners can evaluate, explore and execute on all of their options in the areas of Real Estate, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Taxes, Downsizing and more.

Once the homeowner has decided to make a transition, he educates them on “where” they can go and finally, “how” they can get the biggest return on investment when selling their homes.

Brian’s goal is to give his clients clarity, certainty and confidence so they can save time, money and frustration.

When Brian isn’t selling homes in Silicon Valley, he enjoys riding mountain bikes, off-road motorcycling and volunteering at his church.
