PERSONAL INFORMATION

Sandhya has spent most of her life in the Bay Area.  She was raised in Fremont, CA - graduating from Mission San Jose Highschool and then pursuing an engineering degree from UCLA.  She has also lived in Burlingame & Milpitas and currently lives in Los Gatos with her husband and 2 children.   As a Bay Area Native she has a plethora of knowledge on the different communities.  As a Real Estate Investor, she owns and manages many fourplexes, duplexs and investment properties in the bay area and other states. At every chance she loves to travel and has been to dozens of countries.  Her other hobbies include photography, gardening, hiking, cooking and has a profound joy for life!
