Kathie focuses on residential and income property sales. She has assisted clients ranging from first time buyers & sellers to very sophisticated investors. She has a strong work ethic, excellent listening skills, and is an experienced negotiator. Buyers and Sellers rely on Kathie to get them the best price and terms time and time again.
Kathie spends her free time with her family, gardening, cooking, and golfing. She contributes her time to local non-profits and bakes birthday cakes for under privileged children in our county. She has helped raise over $1,500,000 for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Santa Cruz and works with children in the foster care system.
