Meet Joe Han

Joe Han is an accomplished real estate leader with over two decades of industry experience. Currently the General Manager & Senior Vice President for KW Bay Area Estates, Joe has consistently achieved record-setting growth, sales, and profits. He is passionate about fostering organizational growth, having previously served as the National Director of Growth at Realogy Brokerage Group and as Vice President of US Expansion Growth at eXp Realty, where he helped drive unprecedented agent growth.

As the former Chief Growth Officer at Climb Real Estate, Joe implemented strategies that doubled the company’s revenue to $1.1 billion and expanded its agent base. Earlier, as CEO/Managing Broker of Keller Williams Cupertino, he was instrumental in transforming the office into Silicon Valley's largest, growing sales volumes from $200 million to over $1 billion in just three years.

Raised in Philadelphia, Joe enjoys traveling, music, and sports. He lives in Belmont, California, with his wife and daughter, Mackenzie.
