About Bernard

Bernard was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the Bay Area in 1979. He attended Cal Poly Pomona & San Jose State University with a concentration in Marketing. Bernard has been licensed by the State of California Bureau of Real Estate since 1986. He has lived and worked in the South Bay since 1979. The main areas of his Real Estate career have been Los Gatos, Willow Glen and Cambrian. However, having been around the Bay Area for this long he has done business in almost every city. The depth of Bernard's knowledge spans from the mortgage industry to working with buyers, sellers and investors, to his own investing in Real Estate. Bernard's strengths are his Real Estate experience, his knowledge of specific areas, his powerful negotiating skills and his ability to connect with people. Bernard is an avid sports fan. He supports the SF Niners, the SJ Sharks and the SJ Earthquakes as a season ticket holder. Bernard's other interests include playing golf, collecting and drinking wine and spending time with his 2 amazing children. Bernard is very active in his Church and his kids school as well as coaching his sons football and soccer teams. He lives, works and plays in the South Bay.
